Friendship between fire, water and morals

Once; water, fire and morals made a friendship with each other. While they were wandering, they started worrying about themselves.
Firstly, they asked water, "how can we find you if you are lost". Water answered; "Where you hear a plashing, i will be there".
Secondly, they asked fire the same question and it responded to it in this way, "In case you've lost me, i will be there where you see a smoke"
Finally, they asked morals. It answered the question in an exemplary way; " If you lost me once, you can never find me again."
